If you aren't completely satisfied with your ride, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the bicycle or gear in its original box, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
